Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order. If the return is not shipped within this timeframe, the request will be automatically closed, and we will no longer be able to process the return.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item/s returned without their returns tag will not be accepted, and it is the customer's responsibility to have their items collected from the warehouse.
Please note, Summer Away does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable service as lost returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Eligibility:
Full-Price Items: Eligible for a refund or store credit equal to the purchase price.
Sale Items: Eligible for store credit equal to the purchase price. Sale products are marked as “Sale.”
Final Sale Items: Not eligible for refunds or store credits. Final sale products are labeled as “Final Sale.”
Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused. If your return does not comply with our eligibility conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
Refunds are reversed onto the form of payment used for the order, i.e. credit card, or credit note. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note, if your order uses both store credit and another payment method, store credit funds will be reversed first.
Any refunds or store credits issued will exclude sales tax, duties, and shipping charges.

Returns may take up to 3 to 5 business days from the date of delivery to be assessed and processed by us. Once processing is complete, you will be notified via email.
Refunds:
If your return is eligible for a refund, the amount (less sales tax, duties, and the original shipping fee) will be credited back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is processed. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
If you have purchased an item using a credit note, you will be issued a new credit note as your refund type.
Store Credits:
Store credit will be issued as a gift card, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
All items are quality controlled before dispatch. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@summeraway.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. Our Customer Support team will assist you promptly.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered. Items damaged by normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty
Sale Items are eligible for store credit equal to the purchase price. Sale products are marked as “Sale.”
Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or store credit, unless the items are deemed faulty.
Summer Away only accepts returns for orders placed on our website. If you purchased from a Summer Away stockist, please contact the retailer directly for assistance with your return.
